For the first day of the new site things are starting slow in some ways and fast in others. The original site has had more hits today than in it's one year history, something like 80 or 90 page views. But it is starting slow as far as people signing up. I hope that people aren't turned off by the style of the site. But then again, maybe I am just as happy. Anyone who is impressed by FLASH, I am sure others will be opening new accordion web sites and they will be flashy and sexy. Meanwhile, here we will just learn about the accordion. I hope everyone is OK with that. By the way, I am adding the Spanish Pages little by little. Hopefully this will be the first completely Bilingual Accordion Web site. Welcome to everyone who has signed in so far. Stoney

So my big problem is that I can't build a real site because I have massive restrictions due to the fire wall here at work. Well I applied a new template to the site. Looks a lot better to me. Stoney

I have to say I am happy with how things are going. We are doing booming business as far as hits to the main site. I have had about 400 hits in the last 6 days or so. That is about double what Accordion Assassins was doing.
So sign up people. What are you waiting for?
For those people who have already signed up, I would like to bring to your attention the fact that this site is, or should be a community project. Which means I am looking to every member to start a thread, make a suggestion or otherwise get involved.
If this project is worth doing at all it is because everyone contributes. On the old AA site I was amazed how many people joined, signed in and never posted anything. I hope this is not a repeat of that. We want to hear everyone's opinions and their ideas. Not just a few who are always posting and everyone else reading. Please get involved. There is no way I can do everything myself. Stoney#nosmileys

A few updates and added features. On the main page of: davetrial.tripod.com/index.htmlI have added two new features. 1. A daily cartoon from Bravenet. Just click to see the cartoon. 2. A "Notify a friend. Click the link and it will take you to a form where you can just drop in 5 e mail addresses and your own info and you can reccommend the page directly to 5 friends without having to write 5 separate e mails. [glow=red,2,300]Over 2000 hits[/glow]We have registered over 1000 hits in the last week. It gives me great satisfaction and relief to know that what we are all working on here is worth the effort. Stoney
