I would just like to bring something to people's attention. If you know anything about the law you will know that although a copyright (which is a legal document which states that certain material was created by the holder and which gives them intellectual property rights over that material) is recommended to protect all creative works, it is not necessary. In other words, the mere fact that you create a piece of work gives you automatic copyright. As long as you can prove that you created the work. And I think I have a few withesses that can verify that the work on davetrial.tripod.com is my work, completely created by me and posted on that site long before Accordion Assassins existed. So please, anyone who is interested, don't copy this stuff for your own gain. Do I post tabbs from Reyes Accordions? No. (I could, I have tons of them on file) But aside from being sleazy, it is cheap to profit from another person's work. In other words, the material here is for educational purposes. I call on anyone from any accordion community or forum to boycott any site that just steals and copies from others. Thank you, Stoney
